Get the Look: Lily Collins.

I love Lily. Who doesn't love Lily?
She's beautiful, talented and has a pair of eyebrows I may literally kill for. Also her Dad is Phil Collins and that gives her extra points for awesomeness in my world *starts to sing a rendition of 'Another Day in Paradise'*.
Anyway, I came across this picture online and thought her makeup looked stunning. It's simple and understated yet screams 'look at me' with that beautiful bold orangey-red lip.
So taking inspiration from good ol' Lily, I've re-created the look using products I already currently owned...well, except the lipstick. I bought that the other day but isn't it striking?

I started off with my Loreal True Match foundation to give myself the flawless look that Lily so often wears. Her skin is just another of the many things I'm jealous of. I then concealed my under eye circles with the Maybelline Better Skin concealer (this concealer is becoming a fast favourite of mine if you haven't already noticed) and any blemishes I had with the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer
Because us oily gals have to use a powder, I dabbed a little of Soap and Glory's One Heck of a Blot powder through my t-zone just to take away any shine since Lily's skin looks very matte.
I then moved on to Lily's most stand-out asset...her brows - and that girl has some serious brows! I tried to go as bushy as my face would allow using a mixture of my Sleek Eyebrow Stylist and my H&M Eyebrow Shaping kit. As a sidenote, trust me when I say I'm aware of how weird my eyebrows look in this picture - I don't know if it's camera shyness or simply not being photogenic but my brows never look decent in photographs. And yes, it makes me paranoid but they do look the same in real life and I haven't missed out any parts. Scout's honour. I set all that in place with my H&M Eyebrow Fix.
Now from what I can see, Lily isn't wearing any bronzer/contour so I've skipped that step and just sweeped a little of Natural Collection's blush in Peach Melba over the apples of my cheeks to give the face a slight flush.
Moving onto the eyes, she's barely wearing anything - just a small amount of eyeliner on the outer halves of her lash lines so I smudged a little of my Illamasqua gel liner in those areas to create a little definition. I also ran this on my tight line to make my lashes look a little thicker before adding a fair few coats of Clinique's High Impact mascara. I didn't use any falsies for this look as I didn't think it needed them.
To finish off this look I swiped some of the Rimmel Moisture Renew lipstick in In Love with Ginger all over the lip. It's a gorgeous orangey red and was perfect for this particular makeup look. I predict I'll be getting alot of wear out of this little beauty in the future.
