Yesterday (April 29th) was my birthday. My 21st to be exact and I'm actually really pleased with the haul that I managed to get off of my friends and family. I'm so grateful for all the gifts I received as it's always nice to be reminded how well people actually know you.
A favourite present I got was this Essie nail polish from my good friend Heather. Now she understands my love of Essie as well as my love for dark nail colours. HOWEVER, she was originally going to buy me Essie's 'Wicked' but I'd already picked it up myself a few days earlier so she opted for Tart Deco instead.
I LOVE this nail polish! It's so springy and a perfect transition colour into the (hopefully) coming warmer months. It's a peachy orangey coral colour and looks beautiful on porcelain skin, but I'm guessing this shade would look stunning on darker skin tones because it's so eye-catchingly bright. Essie polishes retail at £7.99 in all major high street drugstores so go snap this one up!
I can't describe it any better than the perfect spring/summer nail shade. For Essie lovers, it's a must.
