My 5 Wear-to-Death Nail Polishes...

We all have those favourite nail polishes that we just automatically gravitate towards when we want to paint our nails - well I do anyway.
I have tons of nail polish, too many bottles to count, but I have five favourite wear-to-death colours that I just couldn't be without.

Working from the left and going clock-wise, my first favourite is Essie's Eternal Optimist (£7.99). I received this as a birthday gift and I've been loving it ever since. It's a lovely nude-pink that just makes your nails look a little more polished and put-together. The perfect 'my nails, but better' shade.
Moving on is H&M's Cleopatra Gold (£3.99). Unfortunately this shade is no longer available but their nail polish in Copper Penny is very similar. I love this polish, it's a true gold shade and looks beautiful on the nails. This also lasts for ages and is an absolute pain to get off - but at least you know it doesn't chip easily.
Essie's Wicked (£7.99) is probably my favourite nail polish of all time, I practically live in this shade during Autumn/Winter. I love the vampiric, sinister feel of this polish, it makes me feel all Lauren Conrad-y. I call this polish my 'winter nude'.
A newer addition to my collection (and the polish I'm currently sporting) is Essie's Angora Cardi (£7.99). A dark dusty-rose shade, it's perfect for Autumn which will be upon us sooner than we think. It's become my go-to recently as it's still a nude and goes with everything, it's just that little bit darker. I've been obsessed with it.
Lastly is Barry M's Pit Stop (£3.99). A member of their Speedy Quick Dry range and a beautiful grey-purple. They do dry quickly and they don't chip easily. A completely non-confrontational shade and a great nude for every skintone.

Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm completely obsessed with nail polish. So much so I'm rarely seen wearing the same shade twice I change it up that often. I must love these to constantly reach for them - trust me, I have too many.
