Blondes do have more fun...

Since dyeing my barnet fully blonde, I've found that changing up my routine and actually using products to benefit my coloured hair has been helping out alot in terms of keeping the brassiness out of it.
You can ask any blonde, the last thing they want is for their hair to start developing those yellow tones - you know the ones I mean - and let me tell you, it's not easy to keep your hair looking 'just stepped out of the salon' fresh.
I've found using John Frieda's Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Shampoo and Conditioner have worked wonders in lightening my hair, giving it depth and preventing it from looking dull and lacklustre. It's actually refreshing to come across a product that actually does what it claims to do. I've been loving these two paired with the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Brightening Oil Elixir. I've been using this stuff for the past year and it also works towards lightening blonde locks whilst simultaneously treating your tresses with Argan and Sunflower oils. It also contains heat protectant - talk about your multi-use product!
For those days when my hair is feeling that little bit dry - it is doused in bleach after all - I like to use the Toni & Guy Nourish Reconstruction Mask. I love this for an extra boost of hydration to my ends, just pop it on wet hair for 3-5 minutes and rinse out - easy peasy.

I'm not really big when it comes to styling my hair - I'm great at doing other people's hair but that talent sort of becomes lost on me. As most people who know me will tell you, I like to wear mine in messy waves most of the time, Schwarzkopf's Got2b Beach Matt Mermaid Texturising Salt Spray is cheap and it doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff and crispy. I just spritz this in before blow-drying. For actually curling my hair the Andrew Barton Glamour Curls Professional Curling wand is my tool of choice when it comes to creating soft, boho-y waves. I love it.

As big a pain as it is maintaining my blonde hair, I absolutely love it and I'm so glad I took the leap in dyeing my whole head. I loved my ombre but I'd had that same style for two years, it was time for a change. I'm not saying I'll stay blonde but for now, I'm enjoying it.
