I love a good pamper sesh - so much so that I'm writing this as my bath is running (I don't care what anyone says, working in retail is stressful).
I've been at work since 8am this morning and I've only just got in - sigh. I'm mentally exhausted, my feet are killing me and all I want to do is have a long, hot soak...so why not make it a pamper evening?
I'll admit, I have these about 2/3 times a week - like I said, working retail is stressful and you won't understand unless you either work or have worked in retail. Things are very different on the other side of the glass let me tell you!
First off, I need to get my bath all nice and lovely - I've used my Lush Shoot for the Stars bath bomb and stupidly forgot to photograph it before dropping it in the water - woopsies. I then like to kick back with a face mask and a good book, I'm still reading Leigh Bardugo's Ruins & Rising and it's starting to get really good. Finishing off my bath time relaxation by slapping on my Montagne-Jenesse Manuka Honey Peel Off mask. I feel very halloween-esque when I use these masks - when it dries and you're peeling it off, it feels like you're pulling off skin. Mwahahahaha!
After my bath, I like to light a candle - this one smells exactly like blueberry pie, - delicious - stick Netflix on and paint my nails. As you can see, I've recently been watching The Inbetweeners (best British telly show EVER) and I've whipped out Essie's Sand Tropez. I've been wearing alot of dark colours on my nails recently and I thought I'd switch it up a bit and go for a nude.
Apologies for the short post today but like I said, my bath is running!
