So last night was my bestie's leaving drinks from work and I thought I'd share with you what I wore to the occasion. I really liked my outfit, plain and simple (and all black...duh). I kept my make-up understated, pretty much the same as my everyday make-up routine only I added MAC's mythology eyeshadow all over the lid and blended it a little under the lower lash line - sorry, I didn't include pictures of this. I'd already had a fair few glasses of wine by this point and I considered it a rather lucky thing that I even remembered to ask Heather to take these pictures...and that she managed to take ones that weren't blurry. I kept the jewellery simple too, I was originally going to go for a statement necklace but I felt something a little more daintier was called for. As for the clutch, I've had it for absolutely ages but it's one of those that fits everything in whilst still looking chic - even an umbrella, which was pretty much glued to my hand for most of last night.
Sidenote: the shoes were hella comfy!
