What's on my face: Weekend Edition.

Since it's pretty rare that I get a Saturday off work (perks of working in retail eh?), I thought I'd drag my parents around IKEA for a couple of hours and see what I can get them to buy me...nah, just kidding...but, not really.
I like to let my skin breathe a little on weekends because I tend to wear much heavier makeup throughout the week, so I've gone for a much lighter base in the Rimmel Match Perfection foundation. It offers a sheer amount of coverage and goes virtually undetectable on the skin. I'll cover any blemishes and/or under eye circles with my trusty Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and blend out with a small brush.
Using my Soap & Glory's One Heck of a Blot powder through the t-zone (because it's pretty much impossible for a girl with oily skin to leave the house without powder on her face) and dusting a little of Sleek's blush in Rose Gold on my cheeks as it acts as a blush and highlighter in one.
Face done and moving onto those unruly beasts above my eyes - combing through them with a little of Rimmel's Brow This Way styling gel to set them in place and fill them in a little. Swiping a little of MAC's paint pot in Groundwork over my eyelids and blending it out with my ring finger just adds a little colour and covers any unevenness I may have. Taking Rimmel's Scandaleyes kohl pencil in Bronze, I run it along the upper lash line and the outer half of my lower lash line, smudging it as I go with a small, angled brush just so it's less intense.
Finishing off with a quick curling of my lashes, adding some of Clinique's High Impact mascara to my top and bottom lashes and a slick of Revlon's Lip Butter in Creme Brulee to my pout and I'm ready when you are Mum and Dad!
